Located in Historic Oakwood in Raleigh, NC, this 1870’s residence was fully renovated with new Dining Room and Carriage House additions. New City worked closely with the Owners and the Historic Commission to provide a design in keeping with the style and construction of the existing house. A new Multi-media Room and Wine Cellar were also incorporated in the newly excavated basement.
