Aversboro Square
This combination of renovation and new construction transformed a modest strip center in Garner NC into a first rate office and retail showcase. The traditional vocabulary of columns, gables, and cupolas has proven attractive for a wide variety of office, retail and foodservice tenants. The project was completed in 2007 with a budget of approximately $1.5 million.
