Carolina Pines Community Center
New City Design Group is currently working with the City of Raleigh on facility assessments, renovations and additions to two City of Raleigh Parks & Recreation Community Centers. After careful evaluation, building renovation and addition options were reviewed, and well received, by the Parks Department. New City Design Group proposed not only required updates to ensure the current building’s longevity, but also a range of renovation and addition options to prioritize and eventually meet the needs expressed by the Park staff and building users. Based on community feedback to design and scope options, the project scopes were expanded to provide exemplary service to the local community for years to come. The project designs were also developed with additions that respect and improve upon the architecture of the existing buildings.
