Crabtree Mall Expansion
Crabtree Mall expanded in 2007 with the addition for a new 500 car parking deck, and an elevated 3 restaurant building featuring covered escalators, exterior patios, and all services concealed on a lower level. New City worked with both landlords and tenant to accommodate Flemings Steakhouse, McCormick and Schmick’s, and Brio Tuscan Grill. Each restaurant features an individual exterior identity as well as typical interior build out.
