Originally Designed as Fins Restaurant in 2007, the 8000 sf. space boasts custom designed light fixtures, a 30 ft water wall, and a 60 foot long wood ‘wave’ over the granite bar. The kitchen is state of the art, with a Montague style 2 sided cook line. Fins was named Restaurant of the Year by the news and Observer in 2008.
