Glenlake South is a 47 acre residential community developed by Creedmoor Partners. Located in the heart of “Uptown” Raleigh on the hills overlooking Crabtree Valley, New City worked with the owner to plan and design 1 and 2-story town homes (2,300 to 4,000 square feet) connected by gate houses and single family homes (3,500 to 4,500 square feet). Early 20th Century architectural features of stone, brick, and cedar shake materials combine together to create an established neighborhood feel. The homes feature10’-0” ceilings, open floor plans, first floor Masters and rear verandas overlooking the lake.
