NCSU Innovation Cafe
New City Design worked with the Office of the University Architect to create a temporary dining facility for Centennial Campus. The innovative project is composed of modular trailers, assembled to create a 214 seat facility. An outdoor deck to accommodate an additional 76 diners helps unify the modular components and gives a sense of permanence while providing a welcoming atmosphere. The team worked on an extremely tight schedule and budget to achieve a solution that fit all of the project parameters.
