With their move to a new location on Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, New City Design Group is working with the building owner and operator of Sandwhich to re-invigorate a long-neglected building in a prominent location. Here we see one of many examples in which New City’s ability is tested to make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear.
