New City worked with Taylor and Company, the developer, to design this two story, 20,000 sf. office building on a difficult site in West Raleigh. By guiding the project away from a single story, two building solution and into this two story opportunity, New City brought additional presence and elegance to the project. The project thus appealed to professional level tenants, including James Lucas and Company, an accounting firm, who occupy the majority of the building.
