Corey L. Bates

AIA, Principal

Principal – Corey brings over 18 years of project management, design and production experience to the New City Team. His well rounded experience stems from his early work on large project types such as: schools, cultural art facilities and semi-conductor plants, where large drawing sets and coordination efforts were key to the successful project outcome. After moving to Raleigh in 1993 Corey has focused on an arrangement of project types from retail, restaurant, health & wellness to corporate headquarters projects. He has been with New City Design since its inception.
